Villa Lavantin Exclusive, Located in Kalkan Üzümlü Region, away from the noise of the city, in a quiet location, our villa has 1 bedroom and an accommodation capacity for 2 people. The garden of our villa, which has a magnificent view of nature, is sheltered. For this reason, Villa Lavantin Exclusive is ideal for conservative couples and honeymooners. On the pool terrace of our villa, there is a pool where you can have a pleasant time, a sitting corner where you can watch the view with the swing, and a dining table where you can dine with the sunset. There is a jacuzzi in the bedroom of our villa designed for your comfort. All services are offered to you, our guests, for a pleasant and peaceful holiday in our villa with clean air.

Kitchen: The modern designed American kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, dining table, dinnerware and cooking utensils.

Living Room: There is a comfortable seating group, TV, DVD player and air conditioner in the bright and spacious living room. There is a transition from the living room to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom: There is a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner, jacuzzi, bath and toilet .

Pool Dimensions: 9 meters X 4 meters wide, 1.45 meters deep.

Note: A short stay fee of 2500  TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Lavantin Exclusive is 4.000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: The new guest check-in time for each of our villas is determined as 16.00 at noon and check-out time as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
