Villa Laura is a charming holiday rental located in the peaceful Öz area of Kalkan, surrounded by nature. The villa features 2 bedrooms and accommodates up to 5 guests, making it ideal for families and honeymooners.

With a fully secluded private pool, Villa Laura offers the perfect setting for those who value privacy, including conservative families. You can relax on the nature-view terrace with your loved ones, enjoy a peaceful afternoon on the garden hammock reading a book, or simply take in the surrounding views. Comfort, tranquility, and nature all come together at Villa Laura.

Living Room: The spacious and comfortable living room, with its stone architecture and nature views, features a luxurious seating area, a TV, air conditioning, and a coffee table.

Kitchen: The functional and fully equipped modern American-style kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, dining table, dinnerware, cutlery, pots and pans, and glasses.

Bedroom 1: Features a double bed, air conditioning, nightstand, wardrobe, dressing table, jacuzzi, and balcony. There is a private bathroom and toilet.

Bedroom 2: Features a single bed and a double bed, air conditioning, nightstand, wardrobe, dressing table, and balcony. There is a private bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions:

10 meters x 5 meters wide and 1.60 meters deep.

Note: A short-stay fee of 3,500 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The required deposit for Villa Laura is 4,000 TL. This fee will be collected before your check-in and will be refunded upon departure. According to the deposit refund policy, the villa must be free of broken, damaged, or missing items during your stay. Otherwise, we will deduct the cost of any damage, broken, or missing items from your deposit. You can pay your deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds, or Euros, based on the current exchange rate.

Check-in and Check-out Information: New guest check-in time for each villa is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 10:00 AM. It is important that you leave your room on time so our dedicated cleaning team can meticulously prepare the villas for the next guests. New guests are delivered to their villas ready at 4:00 PM.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation is not available. Guests who wish to arrange a paid transfer or rent a car can contact our sales consultants for assistance. For guests traveling by air, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants provide location information and directions for guests traveling by private vehicle.
