Villa Laura Çavdır is our luxury villa with 2 bedrooms and a capacity of 4 people in Kalkan Çavdır Region. In order to offer you a pleasant holiday, our villa has been designed in a very modern and luxurious way; All the basic items you may need during the holiday are available. Our villa for rent with sheltered pool, which attracts attention with its bungalow style; It is very suitable for conservative families and honeymooners. Our rental villa with jacuzzi, which you can also use as a honeymoon villa for rent, has a large and green garden.

Kitchen: The American kitchen, where spacious and state-of-the-art kitchen appliances are used, includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, dinnerware, cutlery, pots and pans, and glasses.

Living Room: Designed for your comfort with its modern design, Villa Ay's lounge has a seating group, TV, air conditioner and coffee table. It is possible to exit to the pool terrace from the living room.

Garden: There is a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasol, barbecue, garden table and chairs on the garden floor of our villa, which has a wide usage area.

Note: A short stay fee of 600 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit requested for Villa Laura Çavdır is 2.000 TL. The damage deposit is taken before you enter the villa and is refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, loss or broken goods in the villa during the usage period. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: The check-in time of new guests in each of our villas is determined as 16.00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is determined as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
