Villa Laren is a sea view villa located in the center of Kalkan, with a capacity of 6 people. Ideal for large families and groups of friends, this villa attracts attention with its comfortable structure and entertainment opportunities.

You can enjoy the sunset on its large terrace with partial sea view and have a comfortable accommodation experience in spacious and stylishly decorated bedrooms.

With both its central location and the opportunities it offers, you can choose Villa Laren and its side villa Villa Laren Duo for large groups of friends and families.

Kitchen: The American kitchen, which will make you feel like the kitchen of your home, includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, stove, oven, kettle, , dining table, dinnerware and cooking utensils.

Living Room: The living room with its modern and luxurious design includes a comfortable seating area, TV, air conditioning and internet. There is a passage from the living room to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, nightstand, dressing table,Tv,  jacuzzi, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: 2 single beds, nightstand,  air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

3. Bedroom: 1 double bed, nightstand, dressing table, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet are not in the room but right next to it. (Located in the basement.)

Pool Dimensions: 3.5 meters x 7.5 meters, 1.50 meters deep.

Note: A short stay fee of 3,500 TL is requested for accommodations under 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Laren is 5,000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your check-in and will be returned to you when you check out. According to the terms of your deposit refund, there should be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of any damage, broken or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount on that day.

Check-in and Check-out Information: New guest check-in time for each villa is determined as 16:00 and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16:00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Guests who want to rent a car or have a paid transfer can ask for support from our sales consultants. The closest airport for our guests who prefer air travel is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicle.
