Villa La Mer Suit 

Villa La Mer Suit is a stylish accommodation option located in Kördere Village of Kalkan, with its modern and wooden design. Offering accommodation capacity for 4 people with 2 bedrooms, the apartment provides extra convenience to its guests with its location close to Kalkan center and Kaputas holiday village. The suit apartment can be enjoyed in the summer with its cooling pool, and can also be used in the winter months thanks to the hot water feature of the pool. The master bedroom is designed in accordance with the honeymoon concept and offers a relaxing holiday experience with its jacuzzi.

Villa La Mer Suit is adjacent to Villa La Mer, and if desired, the two structures can be rented together, providing accommodation for 12 people. There is also a playground where your children can have fun in the common area outside the apartment. With its comfort, convenience and family-friendly features, Villa La Mer Suit  awaits you for an unforgettable holiday experience.

Kitchen: Modern American kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, 4-burner stove, oven, kettle, microwave oven, toaster, pots, pans, a dining table for 8 people, dinnerware for 8 people and glasses are available.

Living Room: There is a seating group, television, satellite receiver, Wi-Fi and an exit to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: The master/honeymoon room has a wooden ceiling with a roof-shaped panel. There is 1 double bed, TV, hair dryer, jacuzzi and a separate rain shower. There is also a washing machine in the bathroom. There are turbo massage engines in the heated indoor pool.

2nd Bedroom: This room with a wooden ceiling with a panel has 2 single beds. There is a television in the room and a jacuzzi and rain shower in the bathroom with a view of Kalkan.

NOTE: We accept a minimum of 5 nights of accommodation between November 1 - April 30 without a cleaning fee. If less than 5 nights are requested, we request a cleaning fee of 3,300 TL. If less than 7 nights are requested in other summer months, a short stay fee of 3,300 TL is requested.

House heating and pool heating are included in this price during the winter period of November 1-December 31 and January 1-April 30. If pool heating is requested during the summer period other than this, it is 800 TL per day and must be kept open for the duration of the stay.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa La Mer Suit  is 4,000 TL. The damage deposit is taken before your entry to the villa and is returned when you leave the villa. According to the terms of the refund of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, missing or broken items in the villa during the usage period. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on the current exchange rates, which will be equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each villa, the check-in time for new guests is determined as 16:00 and check-out time is 10:00. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered to our new guests ready at 16:00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Guests who want to rent a car or a paid transfer can ask for support from our sales consultants. The closest airport for our guests who prefer air transportation is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicle.
