Kitchen: Our American type kitchen, created with modern lines, has all the necessary items in the kitchen. All your needs such as refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher and dinnerware are ready at hand.

Living Room: Designed to maximize your comfort level, this living room has a luxurious seating area, TV, DVD player, satellite receiver and air conditioning. There is a passage from the living room to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, bedside table, make-up table, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom:  There is a double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, bedside table, make-up table, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

3rd Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, bedside table, make-up table, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: In this villa, we have a swimming pool with dimensions of 5.5 m x 8 m and a depth of 1.40 m.

Heated Pool Dimensions: We have a heated pool with dimensions of 2.5 m x 3.5 m, and the depth of this pool is 1.20 m. The heating system of our heated pool can work optionally and you can activate the heating feature for 650 ₺ per day.

Garden: Our garden, which is another area where you can have a pleasant time, has facilities such as a swimming pool, sun loungers, table tennis and barbecue.

Deposit Procedure: Our required deposit fee for Villa Lamazi 3 is 3,000 TL. This fee will be allocated to you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate.

Check-in and Check-Out Information: In each of our villas, the check-in time for new guests is 16.00 at noon and the check-out time is 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service is not available. Our guests who want to rent a paid transfer or car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer air travel, the closest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicle.
