Villa Lamas is a 3 bedroom rental villa located in Kalkan Center. It has an architecture dominating the magnificent sea and nature view of Kalkan. It has been designed with comfortable items. You can have a pleasant and isolated holiday with your family and friends on the large pool terrace of Villa Lamas. Villa Lamas, which is one of the few villas where you can have a car-free holiday, is Villa Verbena and Villa Misket, which you can rent in more crowded groups.

Kitchen: In the American kitchen, there are refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, electric kettle, 4-stove, pans, pots, cutlery, knife sets.

Living room: Comfortable sitting group, satellite TV (LCD), air conditioning, dining table, washbasin and toilet. There is an exit to the pool terrace from the living room.

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, wardrobe, dresser, make-up table, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: One double bed, wardrobe, dresser, make-up table, air conditioning. Bathroom and toilet are shared.

3rd Bedroom: Two single beds, wardrobe, dresser, make-up table, air conditioning. Bathroom and toilet are shared.

Pool Dimensions: 7 meters x 3.5 meters wide, 1.55 meters deep.

NOTE : A short stay fee of 3.500 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit required for Villa Lamas is 5.000 TL. Damage deposit is taken prior to your entrance to the villa and will be refunded on departure. According to the return conditions of the deposit, the villa should not be damaged, lost, lost or broken during use. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros, based on the current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each villa, new guest check-in time is set at 16:00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. Villas are delivered ready at 16:00 to our new guests.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to pay a transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer airline, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport.
