Villa LaVie

Villa La Vie is a 5-bedroom rental villa with sea view, located in the Kalkan Kömürlük Region, with an accommodation capacity of 10 people. The interior of our villa is designed in a modern and comfortable way and is ready for you. Villa La Vie has a private swimming pool, 3 pool-shaped jacuzzis, and the main pool has a special salt water feature and 3 of them are heated. Villa La Vie has a sauna, Turkish bath, fitness room, 2 jacuzzis, game room, table tennis and provides an ideal holiday opportunity for families or groups of 10 people with its proximity to the center of Kalkan and the sea.

Kitchen: You can easily prepare your meals thanks to the kitchen utensils such as refrigerator, oven, kettle, fork and knife in our fully and modernly decorated American kitchen.

Living Room: You can enjoy the view from the living room with items that will accompany your comfort such as a luxurious and comfortable seating group, TV and air conditioning.

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: There is a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

3rd Bedroom: There is a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

4. Bedroom: There is a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

5. Bedroom: There are two single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions:

We have a pool that is 7 meters x 4 meters wide and 1.65 meters deep.

The Shallow Pool is 3 Meters X 3.5 Meters wide and  0.30 Meters Depth.

The jacuzzi above is 2.75 meters x 2.75 meters wide and 1.20 meters deep.

The Jacuzzi at the bottom is 1.75 meters x 1.75 meters wide and 1.10 meters deep.

Note: For stays under 7 nights, a short stay fee of 13,000 TL is requested. (Minimum 7 nights rental is possible.)

The heating fee for the Main Pool and the Upper Jacuzzi pool is 400 GBP, and the heating fee for the lower jacuzzi pool inside the Main Pool is 275 GBP.

Pool water temperature reaches up to a maximum of 26 degrees.

Deposit Procedure: Our required deposit fee for Villa La Vie is 750 GBP. This fee will be allocated to you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate.

Check-in and Check-Out Information: In each of our villas, the check-in time for new guests is 16.00 at noon and the check-out time is 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service is not available. Our guests who want to rent a paid transfer or car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer air travel, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicle.
