Villa La Mer Comfort is a luxurious 2-bedroom villa located in Kördere, Kalkan, offering accommodation for up to 4 guests. Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen with belanco countertop has an electric oven, microwave, stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. The dining table seats 4 people.

Living Room: The living room, with its stylish and modern decoration, includes a comfortable seating group, TV, DVD player, satellite receiver, air conditioning and music system.

1st Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, make-up table, wardrobe, air conditioning, LCD TV, bedside table, jacuzzi and bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, make-up table, wardrobe, air conditioning, LCD TV, bedside table, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 7.5 meters x 2.5 meters wide and 1.30 meters deep.

NOTE: A short-stay fee of 4,300 TL applies for stays shorter than 7 nights.

During the winter months (November 1st - December 31st and January 1st - April 30th), house heating and pool heating are included in the price. During the summer months, if pool heating is requested, it costs 1,300 TL per day and must be kept on for the duration of your stay.

Deposit Procedure: Our required deposit fee for Villa La Mer Comfort is 4,000 TL. This fee will be allocated to you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate.

Check-in and Check-Out Information: In each of our villas, the check-in time for new guests is 16.00 at noon and the check-out time is 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service is not available. Our guests who want to rent a paid transfer or car can ask for support from our sales consultants. Best option for our guests who prefer air travel
