Villa La Mer Comfort

Villa La Mer Comfort, located in the Kalkan Kördere region, one of the popular resorts of Antalya, has a sea view and has 2 bedrooms and an accommodation capacity of 4 people. The interior of our villa is designed to be modern and comfortable, and it also has a sauna, Turkish bath, jacuzzi, winter garden and a private indoor swimming pool. A winter garden has been specially designed on the exterior of Villa La Mer Comfort. There is also a mini basketball court and a playground for families with children on the side of the winter garden. Villa La Mer Comfort is an ideal option for families of 4 or groups of friends and honeymoon couples. You can have a barbecue with your loved ones in the garden on the lower floor of our villa.

Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen with belanco countertop has an electric oven, microwave, stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. The dining table seats 4 people.

Living Room: The living room, with its stylish and modern decoration, includes a comfortable seating group, TV, DVD player, satellite receiver, air conditioning and music system.

1st Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, make-up table, wardrobe, air conditioning, LCD TV, bedside table, jacuzzi and bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, make-up table, wardrobe, air conditioning, LCD TV, bedside table, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 7.5 meters x 2.5 meters wide and 1.30 meters deep.

NOTE: During the winter months between January 1st and April 30th, we accept a minimum of 5 nights’ accommodation without a cleaning fee. If a stay of less than 5 nights is requested, we charge a cleaning fee of 3,500 TL.

NOTE: If indoor pool heating is required during the summer, the indoor pool in Comfort costs 900 TL per day.

Deposit Procedure: Our required deposit fee for Villa La Mer Comfort is 4,000 TL. This fee will be allocated to you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate.

Check-in and Check-Out Information: In each of our villas, the check-in time for new guests is 16.00 at noon and the check-out time is 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service is not available. Our guests who want to rent a paid transfer or car can ask for support from our sales consultants. Best option for our guests who prefer air travel
