Bored of the city life, intertwined with nature, designed in a modern way, equipped with materials and items that you will enjoy, close to the center, only 10 km from the sea and the beach, our villa is the perfect villa for conservative honeymooners.
Next to the Villa North infinity pool, there is also a horizontal pool and a children’s pool. You can have a pleasant time with the table tennis on the pool terrace, and you can feel the summer breeze on the swing on the pool terrace. In addition, Villa Kuzey has services such as a movie room, in-room jacuzzi, treadmill, playstation, table tennis, TV in every room, where you can have a pleasant time during your holiday. Villa Kuzey is a 100% conservative villa, which undoubtedly gives you the opportunity to have a conservative Islamic holiday. Our villa has a private parking lot and our parking lot is large enough to accommodate 2 cars very comfortably.

Kitchen: American kitchen designed with the latest technological kitchen equipment, cooking, dishwasher, washing machine, dining table, microwave oven, 4-stove, oven, electric kettle, dinnerware, pans and pots, cutlery, knife set.

Living Room: The comfortable and modern designed living room has a luxurious sitting group, air conditioning, HD-smart TV and satellite receiver, DVD player, ironing board, wireless internet. There is a toilet on the living room floor. The lounge has an exit to the pool and garden terrace.

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, bedside table, make-up table, wardrobe, air conditioning, LCD TV, 2 berjers, coffee table and treadmill in ground tea. There is ger jacuzzi, and bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: 2 single beds, bedside table, make-up table, wardrobe, air conditioning, LCD TV and berjer place are tea. There is a real bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions:

It is 13 meters x 4 meters wide and 1.60 meters deep.

Garden:

Its private pool is sheltered and not visible from the outside. There are 4 sun beds and umbrellas, table tennis, dining table and chairs, garden seating group, hammock and barbecue in the garden area.

NOTE : At least 7 nights are rented in June-July-August-September, and Monday must be Entry-Exit days.

For rentals shorter than 7 nights in other months, a short stay fee of 2.000 TL is requested.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit required for the villa is 4.000 TL. The damage deposit will be refunded upon arrival and departure from the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, the period of use should not be damaged, lost, lost or broken in the villa. You can exchange the current exchange rates in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros in base US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros.

Check-in and Check-out Information: Send new guests as the check-in time is 16:00 noon and the check-out time is 10:00 in the morning in each villa. It is important that you leave your room waiting for our special cleaning team to prepare the villas for our other guests with care. Villas are delivered ready at 16.00 to our new guests.

Transportation: Public transportation service is not available to the city center of our villas. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can be a sales consultant and can be supported. The closest airport for our guests who prefer airline is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share information and paths for our guests who can reach them with a private vehicle.
