Our villa has 4 bedrooms, all en-suite, and is ideal for large families and groups of friends. Every detail is designed with comfort in mind: a private swimming pool, security camera system, private landscaped garden, private parking, and of course, breathtaking sea and nature views await you.

Our villa is 2 km from the center of Kalkan and only 4 km from the sea. Featuring elegant modern architecture, the villa also boasts a private seating area on the terrace, a jacuzzi, sauna, and Turkish bath. Thanks to this private area, you will enjoy not only the view but also the comfort throughout your holiday.

Offering a unique option for honeymooners, those seeking a holiday, and guests wanting a luxurious accommodation experience, Villa Kuvars opens the doors to a privileged vacation.

Kitchen: The American kitchen, equipped with extremely modern and technological equipment, includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave oven, island kitchen, kettle, toaster, tea maker, dining table and cooking utensils.

Living Room: The modern living room with high ceilings, sea and nature views has a comfortable seating group, TV, TV unit, DVD player, satellite receiver and air conditioning. There is a passage from the living room to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, balcony, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: There are two single beds, balcony, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

3. Bedroom: There is a double bed, balcony, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

4. Bedroom: There is a double bed, balcony, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioning, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 9 meters x 4 meters, 1.50 meters deep.

NOTE: A short stay fee of 5,000 TL is requested for accommodations under 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: Our deposit fee requested for Villa Kuvars is 5,000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your check-in and will be returned to you when you check out. According to the terms of your deposit refund, there should be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount on that day.

Entry and Exit Information: Our guest entry hours to our villas are determined as 16:00. Our guest exit time from our villas is 10:00 in the morning. We kindly ask you to make your plans according to the specified hours. Our villas are cleaned in detail and delivered for our guests who will come after you.

Transportation: Our villas are located far from the city center and in a structure intertwined with nature. Unfortunately, this situation does not provide public transportation service to the location of our villas. Our sales consultants are ready to provide support for our guests who want to rent a car or a paid transfer. For our guests who will prefer air transportation, the closest airport to the location of our villas is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our consultants share location information for our guests who come with their private vehicles.
