Villa Kumru İslamlar is a wonderfully comfortable villa located in the Islamic Region, in the middle of nature, and close to Kalkan Center. You can keep it together with Villa Antik's next-door neighbor, Villa Kumru.

There is a large glass sliding door that can be accessed from the kitchen to the pool terrace.

Living Room : The living room, which has a view of the pool and nature, has a seating group, pool table, dining table for 4 people, satellite TV (LCD), wireless internet and air conditioning. There is a large glass sliding door that can be accessed from the living room to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom : There is a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, air conditioner, Jacuzzi and bathroom toilet in the room.

2. Bedroom : There are two single beds, nightstand, wardrobe, air conditioner, bathroom and toilet in the room.

Pool Dimensions : It is 10 meters X 4 meters wide and 1.55 meters deep.

Note : A short stay fee of 1.500 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure : The deposit requested for Villa Kumru İslamlar is 2.000 TL. The damage deposit is taken before you enter the villa and is refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, loss or broken goods in the villa during the usage period. You can make your payment in Amerian Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information : The new guest check-in time for each of our villas is determined as 16.00 at noon and check-out time as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
