Villa Kral is a 7 bedroom rental villa located in Kalkan Kördere. It dominates the islands and sea view of Kalkan. It has a modern design and has a large pool terrace. It is decorated with comfortable furniture and offers a pleasant holiday opportunity.

Kitchen: The American kitchen has a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4-stove (built-in), kitchen equipment, dinner set for 12 people.

Living Room: The living room with sea and nature view has a sofa set, satellite TV (LCD), wireless internet, air conditioning and a dining table for 12 people. Exit from the saloon to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, bedside table, make-up table, wardrobe, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: 1 double bed, bedside table, vanity table, bathroom and toilet.

3rd Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, dresser, make-up table, bathroom and toilet.

4th Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, dresser, make-up table, bathroom and toilet.

5th Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, dresser, make-up table, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 12 meters x 5 meters, the depth is 1.55 meters.

A short stay fee of 4.000 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit required for Villa Kral is 7000 TL. Damage deposit is taken prior to your entrance to the villa and will be returned when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, the villa should not be damaged, lost, lost or broken during use. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros, based on the current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each villa, new guest check-in time is set at 15:00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team prepares the villas for our other guests with care. Villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 15:00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to pay a transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer airline, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicles.
