Villa Koza is an alternative area for those who want to spend a quiet holiday in the Islamlar Village of Kalkan. The pool and garden have become sheltered thanks to its position in nature and the screening system. It caters to conservative families with its invisible exterior. The villa has 3 bedrooms and has a capacity of 6 people. It is designed for your every need and comfort with its tasteful interior and exterior design.

Kitchen: In the modern American kitchen; refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, built-in oven, microwave, 4-hob, toaster, electric kettle, dinner set, cutlery set, pans, pots and glasses are available.

Living Room: Seating group, TV, satellite receiver, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, dining table and chairs.

1. Bedroom: 1 double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, air conditioning, hair dryer, TV, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

NOTE :A cleaning fee of 2.500 TL is required for rentals under 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: A damage deposit of TL 3000 is required prior to arrival at the villa. This damage deposit will be refunded to you upon departure. The purpose of receiving the damage deposit is to provide pre-assurance on behalf of the villa against any damage, broken-down, loss and loss. Your payment, instead of 3000 TL; It is possible to pay in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros equivalent to this amount based on current exchange rates.

Check-in and Check-out: New villas can check-in at 16:00 as of noon. If you are going to depart, you should check out at 10:00 in the morning. The reason for this watch application is the fact that our special cleaning team is entering the villa with the arrival of our current guest. From the exit at 10:00 to the new entrance at 16:00, our villa is completely cleaned for our new guest.

Transportation: Since our villas are completely detached villas, public transportation service is not available. The nearest airport for our guests coming by air is Muğla Dalaman Airport, please take this into consideration when buying your tickets. Our guests who request paid service for paid transfer or car rental can request support from our sales consultants. For our guests who will come by land and their own vehicles, we can send location and directions if requested.
