Villa Korsan Our villa, located in the Kalkan Kalamar region and located close to the hillside, where you can watch the Snake and Mouse Islands with its uniquely beautiful view, is very suitable for crowded groups of friends and large families. Our villa, which has 8 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms, offers accommodation for up to 16 people. You can have a pleasant time with billiards and table tennis in the villa.

This magnificent home enjoys a beautiful hillside location overlooking Kalamar Bay and the islands beyond. The property is located in a peaceful location at the end of a road with a hillside just beyond. The villa is approximately 20 minutes walk from the city centre, just 5 minutes downhill from the sea and the nearest beach clubs with beautiful clear sea for swimming, restaurants, bars and water sports facilities.

The villa has been designed to make the most of the magnificent view and bring the outside in, creating a bright, airy and spacious open-plan living space. Open-air stairs take you from the entrance gate at road level to the gaming floor level, where you can play billiards and table tennis while enjoying panoramic Mediterranean views. On this floor there are two twin bedrooms, each with an en-suite shower room, a French balcony and beautiful sea views.

Kitchen: Fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, coffee machine, 4-stove (built-in), toaster, microwave oven, electric kettle, water dispenser, pots & pots in the American style kitchen. There are kitchen equipment and a dining set for 12 people.

Living Room: In the living room with pool, sea and nature view, there is a sofa set, satellite TV (LCD), wireless internet, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet. There is a direct exit from the lounge to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: There are two single beds, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet. It is located on the pool floor.

2nd Bedroom: Two single beds, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet. It is located on the pool floor.

3rd Bedroom: Two single beds, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet. It is located on the 1st floor.

4th Bedroom: Double bed, air conditioner, dresser, make-up table, wardrobe, bathroom, toilet and jacuzzi tub. There is a Sea View Balcony on the 2nd floor.

5th Bedroom: There is a double-storey single bunk bed, wardrobe, air conditioning and bedside table. It is on the 2nd floor.

6. Bedroom: Double bed, air conditioner, dresser, make-up table, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet. There is a Sea View Balcony on the 2nd floor.

7. Bedroom: Double bed, air conditioning, dresser, make-up table, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet. There is a Sea View Balcony on the 2nd floor.

8.Bedroom: There are two single beds, bedside tables, air conditioning, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet. It is located on the pool floor.

Pool Dimensions: 8 Meters X 7.5 Meters, between 1.40 and 2.60 in depth.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit required for Villa Korsan is 5.000 TL. Damage deposit is taken prior to your entrance to the villa and will be refunded on departure. According to the return conditions of the deposit, the villa should not be damaged, lost, lost or broken during use. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros, based on the current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each villa, new guest check-in time is set at 16:00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team prepares the villas for our other guests with care. Villas are delivered ready at 16.00 to our new guests.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to pay a transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer airline, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport.
