Villa Kontes

Villa Kontes is a 2 bedroom honeymoon villa with indoor swimming pool with the most special view in Patara, Kalkan. Our villa, where you can enjoy the most special view of Patara, allows you to watch the whole region from a bird’s eye view all day long. The Villa Kontes has been carefully designed and decorated for its guests.

Kitchen : There is a dishwasher, washing machine, stove, oven, kitchen utensils, dining table in the American kitchen, which has been designed in a modern and complete manner.

Living Room : The living room, where you can have a peaceful and pleasant time with a unique nature and sea view, has a modern and comfortable sitting group, TV, air conditioning, internet.

1. Bedroom : There is a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, vanity table, air conditioner, jacuzzi, bathroom, toilet.

2. Bedroom : There are two single beds, a wardrobe, a nightstand, a make-up table, air conditioning, a bathroom and a toilet.

Pool Dimensions : 9 meters X 3.5 meters wide and 1.50 meters deep.

Note : For rentals under 7 nights, a short stay fee of 2.500 TL is required.

Deposit Procedure : The deposit fee requested for the Villa Countess is 5.000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information : The new guest check-in time for each of our villas is determined as 16.00 at noon and check-out time as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
