Villa Köln is located in the Akbel region of Kalkan, a popular destination especially in spring due to its pleasant weather. This 2-bedroom villa, accommodating up to 4 people, boasts breathtaking sea views.

The villa’s spacious garden features a private pool, sun loungers, a seating area, and a dining table. You can also enjoy peaceful moments on the terrace with its magnificent views.

Located just 2 km from the beach, Villa Köln is also very close to markets, restaurants, and cafes. It’s a fantastic holiday option for small families and couples.

Kitchen: The villa features a modern American-style kitchen equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, built-in oven, refrigerator, washing machine, built-in 4-burner hob, electric kettle, toaster, pots and pans, a 6-person dinner set, cutlery, and glasses. There is a dining table and seating for 4 people.

Living Room: The living room includes air conditioning, satellite receiver, TV, DVD player, seating area, iron and ironing board, sink, and has access to the pool area. The living room is on the pool level.

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, air conditioning, dressing table, bedside table, wardrobe, bathroom, jacuzzi, and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: 1 double bed, air conditioning, dressing table, bedside table, wardrobe, bathroom, and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 8 meters x 4.6 meters, 1.42 meters deep.

NOTE: A cleaning fee of 3,500 TL is charged for reservations shorter than 7 nights.

          Pet fee is 3,000 TL. A maximum of 1 pet is allowed.

Deposit Procedure: The required deposit for Villa Koln is 7,000 TL. This amount will be allocated to you before your arrival and will be returned to you upon your departure. According to the deposit refund conditions, there must be no broken, damaged, or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will be obliged to deduct the cost of any damage, breakage, or loss from your deposit. You can pay your deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds, or Euros at the current exchange rate.

Check-in and Check-out Information: Check-in time for new guests in each villa is 4 PM and check-out time is 10 AM. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our private cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are ready for new guests at 4 PM.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation services are not available. Guests who wish to arrange paid transfers or car rentals can request assistance from our sales consultants. For guests preferring air travel, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants provide location information and directions for guests arriving by private vehicle.
