The interior of the villa is designed in harmony with its architectural style, offering a modern and comfortable living space. One bedroom includes a double bed, while the other features two single beds. The villa is equipped with a heated indoor swimming pool and a traditional Turkish bath, allowing guests to enjoy a relaxing holiday experience in every season.

The pool terrace of Villa Kızılkaya is fully secluded, ensuring complete privacy. A special curtain system in front of the pool, along with a seating area, barbecue space, and a swing, provides a perfect setting for peaceful and enjoyable moments. Surrounded by nature, Villa Kızılkaya offers an unforgettable holiday experience for guests looking to relax and reconnect.

Kitchen: The American kitchen, which is similar to the kitchen at home, includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, stove, oven, kettle, toaster, dining table, dinnerware and cooking utensils.

Living Room: The living room has a modern and luxurious design and includes a comfortable seating area, TV, DVD player, air conditioning and internet. There is a passage from the living room to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioning, bedside table, wardrobe, make-up table, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: There are two single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, bedside table, make-up table, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 8 meters x 4 meters wide, 1.55 meters deep.

Indoor Pool Dimensions: 5.5 meters x 1.6 meters wide, 0.90 meters deep.

Deposit Procedure: Our required deposit fee for Villa Kızılkaya is 6,000 TL. This fee will be allocated to you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate.

Check-in and Check-Out Information: In each of our villas, the check-in time for new guests is 16.00 at noon and the check-out time is 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service is not available. Our guests who want to rent a paid transfer or car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer air travel, the closest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicle.
