Villa Kıvrak is located in Kalkan İslamlar area. This luxurious, conservative villa located in nature is very suitable for honeymoon couples and nuclear families. In addition to the smell of brand new furniture that greets you when you enter the house, it has a magnificent architecture. When you go outside, there is a table football table and a swimming pool, a shallow pool and sun loungers. You can inhale the scent of nature accompanied by the magnificent mountain view. 2-bedroom Villa Kıvrak has been carefully designed for your comfort; It has every detail you need for a luxury holiday.

Kitchen: All the facilities offered by modern technology are available in this kitchen. In this American-style kitchen, you can easily access many kitchen equipment such as oven, stove, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, dining table, cutlery. In this way, you can cook your comfort food at home and enjoy your family meal easily.

Living Room: The modern-looking living room, where the comfort level is kept at the highest level, has an ultra-luxury seating group, TV, coffee table and air conditioning for your family and guests. There is also access from the living room to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, make-up table, wardrobe, air conditioning, bedside table, jacuzzi and bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, make-up table, wardrobe, air conditioning, bedside table, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 8 meters x 3 meters wide, 1.4 meters deep.

Note: For stays under 7 nights, a short stay fee of 1,500 TL is requested.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit required for Villa Kvrak is 2,500 TL. The damage deposit is collected before you enter the villa and is refunded when you leave the villa. According to the deposit return conditions, there should be no damage, loss, lost or broken goods in the villa during the use. You can make your payment in American Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros, based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-Out Information: In each of our villas, the check-in time for new guests is 16.00 at noon and the check-out time is 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service is not available. Our guests who want to rent a paid transfer or car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer air travel, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicle.
