Villa Kıvılcım is a private villa located in the Üzümlü region of Kalkan, nestled in nature and designed for honeymooners and conservative families. It boasts 2 bedrooms and accommodates up to 4 people.

Its completely private pool area, spacious garden, sun loungers, seating area, dining table, and barbecue area offer you the freedom to enjoy your holiday without being seen from the outside. The jacuzzi in the bedroom is designed for enjoyable moments in a romantic atmosphere.

With its modern architecture and carefully decorated interior, Villa Kıvılcım offers a quiet, peaceful, and comfortable holiday experience amidst the unique nature of Kalkan.

Kitchen: The bright and spacious American-style kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, hob, oven, kettle, dining table, dinnerware, and cooking utensils.

Living Room: The modernly designed living room features comfortable seating, a TV, DVD player, and air conditioning. There is access to the pool terrace from the living room.

1. Bedroom: Features a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 10 meters x 4 meters wide, 1.50 meters deep.

Note: A short-stay fee of 2,500 TL is charged for stays shorter than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The required deposit for Villa Kıvılcım is 2,500 TL. This fee will be allocated to you before your arrival and will be returned to you upon your departure. The deposit is refundable provided there are no broken, damaged, or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to deduct the cost of any damage, breakage, or loss of items in the villa from your deposit. You can pay your deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds, or Euros at the current exchange rate.

Check-in and Check-out Information: Check-in time for our villas is 4:00 PM. Check-out time is 10:00 AM. We kindly ask you to plan accordingly. The villa is thoroughly cleaned before handover for your next guest.

Transportation: Due to their location, our villas are far from the city center and surrounded by nature. Unfortunately, public transportation is not available to our location. Our sales consultants are ready to assist guests who wish to arrange paid transfers or rent a car. For guests who prefer air travel, the nearest airport to our villas is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our consultants will share location information for guests arriving by private vehicle.
