Villa Ken

Villa Ken, a specially designed 5-bedroom villa with a capacity of 9 people, located in Kalkan Ulugöl Region. The interior of our villa is designed in a modern and comfortable way and there are also double jacuzzis, sauna, Turkish bath, indoor swimming pool, mini gym. Villa Ken's swimming pool is specially designed and you can spend pleasant moments in its garden with a mini playground, sitting area and barbecue area. Villa Ken also provides an ideal holiday opportunity for your family or group of friends with its sea and islands view.

NOTE:  The last 500 meters of the road to our villa is a stabilized road.

Kitchen: The stylish and modern American kitchen includes a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, stove, kettle, toaster, dining table, cooking utensils and utensils.

Living Room: There is a comfortable seating group, TV, air conditioner in the living room with a view. There is a transition from the living room to the pool terrace.

Pool Dimensions:

It is 18 meters X 4.5 meters wide and 1.55 meters deep.

Indoor Pool Dimensions:

It is 3.5 meters x 1.5 meters, 0.90 cm deep.

Note: A short stay fee of 5,000 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Indoor Heating Pool fee is an extra 750 TL per day.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Ken is 6.000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: The new guest check-in time for each of our villas is determined as 16.00 at noon and check-out time as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
