Villa Keklik is a 2-bedroom villa with an accommodation capacity of 5 people, located in the Sarıbelen region of Kalkan. In this region, you can find complete peace, away from the closures caused by the pandemic and the stress of city life. You can carry out all your activities in our newly completed villa. This villa, which draws attention with its stone and wooden architecture, offers great comfort with the smell of fresh wood inside the house since it has just been built.

Our villa is located in lush nature and has a large pool and also a large jacuzzi pool. There are also activity areas such as football goals and badminton nets in the garden. Everything you need for your holiday has been considered and is ready to offer you a luxurious and comfortable holiday experience. The sauna added to the exterior area of Villa Keklik offers guests additional relaxation.

Villa Keklik is a perfect option for guests who want to spend a peaceful stay in nature and a holiday full of various activities.

Living Room: Villa Keklik’s lounge has pool view and is air-conditioned. TV, satellite receiver, sitting group, dining table and chairs, bathroom, wc in the living room. and there is a terrace. There is an exit from the lounge to the pool terrace.

Kitchen: Villa Kekik has a modern American kitchen furnished with the latest technology kitchen appliances. In the kitchen, there is a dishwasher, refrigerator, 4-stove, oven, electric kettle (kettle), microwave oven, toaster, pots and pans, 6-person dinner set, cutlery, tea, coffee and water glasses.

1st Bedroom: 1 double king size bed, wardrobe, make-up table, dresser, bathroom and toilet in the room. There is also a jacuzzi in the room.
2nd Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, 1 single bed, bedside table, wardrobe and make-up table in the bedroom. There is a bathroom, toilet and air conditioning in the room.

Each bedroom has clean linens, linens and clean towels.

A short stay fee of 2.000 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit required for Villa Keklik is 1.000 TL. Damage deposit is collected prior to your entrance to the villa and will be refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, the villa should not be damaged, lost, lost or broken during use. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros, based on the current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each villa, new guest check-in time is set at 16:00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team prepares the villas for our other guests with care. Villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16:00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to pay a transfer or rent a car can request support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer airline, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicles.
