Villa Kaşlı

Villa Kaşlı is a villa for rent with 2 bedrooms and an accommodation capacity of 4 people, located in the Çukurbağ region of Kaş. Its construction is completely wooden and it adapts to the atmosphere of the environment. It is decorated with comfortable items and you can have a pleasant holiday. The sheltered pool terrace has sun loungers, dining table and BBQ. For this reason, it is a very suitable structure for our conservative families and honeymooners. It is 10-15 minutes away from the center of Kaş and you can easily reach the beaches and the center in Kaş.

Kitchen : It has a fully equipped modern American kitchen, in this fully equipped kitchen there are refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4-burner (built-in), electric kettle, dinnerware for 4 people, pans, pots and cutlery.

Living Room: The living room, which has an exit to the pool terrace, has a luxury seating group, satellite TV (LCD), wifi, a dining table for 4 people, air conditioning and a WC & washbasin.

1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, make-up table, bedside table, hair dryer and air conditioner. There is a private bathroom and toilet.

2. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, a wardrobe, a make-up table, a nightstand, a hair dryer and air conditioning. There is a private bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 8 meters X 4 meters wide, 1.60 meters deep.

Note :

A short stay fee of 1.500 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Kaşlı is 5.000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each of our villas, the new guest check-in time is determined as 16.00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is determined as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
