Villa Karya, The pool terrace of our 2-bedroom villa with an accommodation capacity of 4 people, located in Kördere area of ​​Kalkan, is sheltered. There is a private heated jacuzzi in one of our bedrooms. One of our bedrooms has a double bed and the other has 2 separate single beds. Our villa is 5,10 minutes away from the city center by car. Our villa, which will keep you away from the noise of the city, will offer you a quiet holiday.

Kitchen : In the kitchen of the villa; There is a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, 4-burner stove, kettle, toaster, and a dinner set for 4 people.

Living Room: The living room of Villa Hisar has a comfortable seating group, air conditioning, TV, internet, satellite receiver, dining table, coffee table.

1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, air conditioning, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

2. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 8 meters X 3.50 meters wide, 1.55 meters deep.

NOTE : For accommodation of less than 7 nights, 1.000 TL short accommodation fee is required.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Karya is 2000  TL. The damage deposit is taken before you enter the villa and is refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, loss or broken goods in the villa during the usage period. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: The arrival time of new guests in each of our villas is determined as 16.00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is determined as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
