Located in the peaceful Sarıbelen area of Kalkan, Villa Kaputaş 5 offers a tranquil retreat surrounded by nature. With 3 bedrooms and a capacity for 6 guests, this villa is perfect for conservative families and groups of friends seeking comfort and privacy.

The villa features a jacuzzi, a heated indoor pool, and a beautifully designed garden surrounded by trees. The pool terrace is fully secluded and includes sun loungers, a swing, outdoor seating, table tennis, and a small playground for children. In the early morning, enjoy yoga with the sound of birds in the fresh air.

Villa Kaputaş 5 is part of a private site that includes 6 villas in total, offering the option to rent multiple units for larger groups or family gatherings.

Kitchen : The kitchen of our villa, which has a stylish American kitchen, has been designed with all your needs in mind. Many facilities such as refrigerator, stove, oven, dinnerware, dishwasher are offered for you.

Living Room : This living room, which has been carefully designed for your comfort, includes a luxury sitting group, TV, air conditioner, coffee table, and dining table.

1. Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, bedside table, jacuzzi, make-up table, bathroom and toilet.

2. Bedroom: There are two single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, bedside table, make-up table, bathroom and toilet.

3. Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, nightstand, make-up table, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 7 meters X 3.5 meters wide, 1.50 meters deep.

Indoor Pool Dimensions: It is 2.5 meters X 4 meters wide and 1.20 meters deep.

Note: For stays under 7 nights, a short stay fee of 6,500 TL is requested.

The daily heating fee for the indoor pool is 1,000 TL.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Kaputaş 5 is 5.000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: The new guest check-in time for each of our villas is determined as 16.00 at noon and check-out time as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
