Villa Kaptan, located in the Kalkan İslamlar region, our villa is intertwined with nature and has 1 bedroom and an accommodation capacity for 2 people. You can have a pleasant holiday with the pool and garden set on the villa terrace. The fact that our terrace is surrounded by fences offers a convenient and comfortable holiday opportunity. The interior of our villa has been designed in a contemporary and very stylish way.

Kitchen: Our modern and fully designed American kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, dining table, microwave oven, 4-burner stove, oven, electric kettle, dinnerware, pans and pots, cutlery and cutlery.

Living Room:  The living room, designed in a modern and very comfortable way, has a comfortable and luxurious seating group, air conditioning, HD-smart TV and satellite receiver, and wireless internet. You can easily go from the living room to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, make-up table, wardrobe, air conditioning, bedside table, jacuzzi and bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 11.5 meters x 4 meters wide, 1.55 meters deep.

Garden: The private pool is sheltered and not visible from the outside. In the garden area, there are 2 sun loungers, a dining table and chairs, garden furniture, a swing, a pergola.

Note:  For rentals under 7 nights, a Short Stay fee of 1000 TL is required.

Maintenance: Pool and garden maintenance in our villa is carried out once a day, in the morning or in the evening, by the staff looking after the villa.

Deposit Procedure: Our required deposit fee for Villa Kaptan is 2000 TL. This fee will be allocated to you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate.

Check-in and Check-Out Information: In each of our villas, the check-in time for new guests is 16.00 at noon and the check-out time is 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service is not available. Our guests who want to rent a paid transfer or car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer air travel, the closest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicle.
