Villa Kalitea is positioned on the slope against the view of Kalkan Kalamar and has a modern and concept design. With an accommodation capacity of 10 people, it is a very suitable choice for large families and groups of friends. Designed with the selection of simple and elegant items, Villa Kalitea offers comfortable use to all its guests. It has a specially designed swimming pool on the pool terrace overlooking the view of Kalamar Bay and the islands. There are sun loungers, sitting groups, a 10-person dining table and chairs on the terrace. In this terrace, it welcomes its guests in the best possible way.

Kitchen: Fullly equipped modern American kitchen includes refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, electric kettle, dining table, dinnerware, cutlery, pots and pans and glasses.

Living Room: The living room with a view, designed for your comfort, has a seating group, TV, air conditioner, coffee table, DVD player. There is an exit to the pool terrace.

Deposit Procedure: Deposit fee requested for Villa Kalitea is 5.000 TL. The damage deposit is taken before you enter the villa and is refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, the villa should not be damaged, lost, lost or broken during use. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each villa, new guest check-in time is set at 16:00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. Villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16:00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer airline, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport.
