Villa Kalis 5 is a 2 bedroom luxury villa located in Kalkan Islamlar Region, providing accommodation for up to 4 people. It is suitable for families of 4 people and honeymooners and provides you with magnificent sea and nature views. The villa has been designed as modern and comfortable and there is a jacuzzi in the 1st bedroom. With its sheltered pool and garden invisible from the outside, Villa Kalis 5 offers an unforgettable holiday opportunity to our guests with its clean nature air and peaceful atmosphere.

Living Room: There is a modern and comfortably designed living room, in this modern living room there is a luxury seating group, TV, DVD, TV unit and sound system. There is an exit to the pool terrace from our lounge, which has a unique sea and pool view.

Kitchen: The American and Built-in kitchen of Villa Kalis 5 includes a toaster, electric kettle, tables and chairs for 4 people, refrigerator, washing machine, kitchen tools and utensils.

1. Bedroom: The room has a double bed, nightstand, air conditioner, vanity table, wardrobe, table and chair, jacuzzi, air conditioning. There is a bathroom and a sink in the room.

2. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, bedside table, table and chair, make-up table, wardrobe, air conditioner. There is a bathroom and a sink in the room.

Pool Dimensions:

It is 11 meters X 4 meters wide and 1.50 meters deep.

Note: A short stay fee of 3.000 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Kalis-5 is 3.000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there should be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: The arrival time of new guests in each of our villas is determined as 16.00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is determined as 11.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
