Villa Kalis 6 is a 2-bedroom rental villa with a capacity of 4 people, located in the center of nature in Kalkan Islamlar Region. Each room in the sheltered villa has an en-suite bathroom. The garden terrace and private pool are sheltered and ideal for conservative families and large groups. The villa has a heated pool and a jacuzzi in the master bedroom. Carefully selected modern furniture and design in the American kitchen concept have been designed for you.

Living Room : In the comfortably designed hall; There are sitting group, television, satellite receiver, iron, ironing board, air conditioner, dining table and chairs.

Kitchen : The modern American kitchen includes refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, built-in oven, microwave oven, built-in oven set, toaster, electric kettle, dinnerware, cutlery, pans, pots and glasses.

1. Bedroom : There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, air conditioner and bedside table in the room. There is a jacuzzi, a bathroom and a toilet.

2. Bedroom : There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, air conditioner and bedside table in the room. There is a bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions :It is 11 meters X 4 meters wide and 1.50 meters deep.

Note: A short stay fee of 3,000 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure : Deposit fee requested for Villa Kalis 6 is 3.000 TL. The damage deposit is taken before you enter the villa and is refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, loss or broken goods in the villa during the usage period. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information : The new guest check-in time for each of our villas is determined as 16.00 at noon and check-out time as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
