 Villa June, with its magnificent nature and sea view, is located in the Kalkan Kördere region. The villa with sea view has 4 bedrooms and a capacity of 8 people. Our villa is ideal for large families and groups of friends. There is a pool, sun loungers, a seating area, a dining table and a barbecue in the large garden where you can enjoy watching the sunset and sunrise with a sea view. In addition, there is a jacuzzi in two of the bedrooms of our villa with a modern design.

Kitchen: The fully designed American kitchen, where you will feel like you are in the kitchen of your own home, includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, stove, oven, microwave oven, kettle, dining table, dinner set and cooking utensils.

Living Room: The bright and spacious living room with magnificent nature and sea view includes a comfortable and luxurious seating group, TV, DVD player and air conditioning. There is a passage from the living room to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioning, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: There is a double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

3rd Bedroom: There are two single beds, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioning, jacuzzi bathroom and toilet.

4th Bedroom: There is a double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 10 meters x 3.50 meters wide, 1.50 meters deep.

Note: A short stay fee of 5,000 TL is requested for accommodations under 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: Our requested deposit for Villa June is 5,000 TL. This fee will be allocated to you before your check-in and will be re-allocated to you when you check-out. According to the terms of your deposit refund, there must be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of any damage, broken or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount on that day.

Check-in and Check-out Information: New guest check-in time for each villa is determined as 16:00 in the afternoon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important for you to leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16:00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Guests who want to rent a paid transfer or a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer air travel, the closest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicle.
