Villa Istanoz

Villa Istanoz is a sheltered 1-bedroom villa with an accommodation capacity of 2 people, located in the Kalkan İsşamlar region, with a uniquely beautiful nature view. Since it is sheltered, it is ideal for nuclear families and honeymoon couples. In the garden of our villa, there is a pool, barbecue, swing and a dining table where you can enjoy your meal while admiring the view. There is a jacuzzi in the bedroom of our villa. Villa Günebakan will be a good option for you to have a pleasant holiday.

Kitchen:  The fully designed and spacious American kitchen includes a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, oven, kettle, dining table and cooking utensils.

Living Room: The living room with nature view has a luxurious and comfortable seating area, TV, DVD player, air conditioning and a coffee table. There is an exit from the living room to the pool terrace.
 

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 7 meters x 3 meters wide, 1.40 meters deep.

Note: For stays under 7 nights, a short stay fee of 1,500 TL is requested.

300 meters of the road leading to the villa is a stabilized road (not asphalt). The last 100 meters are a steep and concrete slope.

Deposit Procedure: Our required deposit fee for Villa Istanoz is 2,000 TL. This fee will be allocated to you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate.

Check-in and Check-Out Information: In each of our villas, the check-in time for new guests is 16.00 at noon and the check-out time is 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service is not available. Our guests who want to rent a paid transfer or car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer air travel, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicle.
