Villa Işık

Villa Işık is a large and spacious villa with 4 bedrooms and an accommodation capacity of 8 people, located in the Kınık region of Kalkan. Two of the bedrooms have jacuzzis. The pool in the villa is a sheltered pool and is very suitable for our conservative families. This villa, which has a structure that thinks about your comfort at all times, has a pool terrace and there is a swing, barbecue and playground on this pool terrace.

Living Room : There is a luxurious sitting group in the living room, along with a TV, coffee table and air conditioner.

Kitchen : The kitchen of our villa, which has an American-style kitchen designed with modern details, has all the kitchen equipment you need. There are many facilities such as refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, dinnerware, pots and pans.

1. Bedroom : 1 double bed, jacuzzi, wardrobe, air conditioner, nightstand. There is a private bathroom and toilet.

2. Bedroom : There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, air conditioner and nightstand. There is a private bathroom and toilet.

3. Bedroom : 1 double bed, jacuzzi, wardrobe, air conditioner, nightstand. There is a private bathroom and toilet.

4. Bedroom : There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, air conditioner and nightstand. There is a private bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions : 10 meters X 3 meters wide, 1.60 meters deep.

Shallow Pool Dimensions : 3 meters X 3 meters wide, 0.35 meters deep.

NOTE : For accommodation of less than 7 nights, a short stay fee of 3.500 TL is required.

Deposit Procedure : The deposit fee requested for Villa Işık is 3.000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information : The new guest check-in time for each of our villas is determined as 16.00 at noon and check-out time as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
