Living Room: The living room, which has a modern and luxurious design, includes a comfortable seating group, TV, air conditioning and internet. There is a passage from the living room to the pool terrace.

Bedroom 1: There is 1 double bed, nightstand, dressing table, jacuzzi air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

Bedroom 2: There is 1 double bed, 1 single bed, nightstand, dressing table, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 10 meters x 4.5 meters, 1.55 meters deep.

Note: There is an empty storage room on the lower floor of the villa and this area is used as the villa’s own laundry.

Deposit Procedure: Our deposit fee requested for Villa Işık Üzümlü is 4,000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your check-in and will be returned to you when you leave. According to the refund conditions of your deposit, there should be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, breakage or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount on that day.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each villa, new guest check-in time is determined as 16:00 and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16:00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Guests who want to rent a car or pay a transfer can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer air transportation, the closest airport is Muğla Dalaman.
