Villa İnziva is a private holiday villa located in the peaceful Çavdır region of Kalkan, surrounded by nature. With two bedrooms and accommodation for up to 5 guests, it is an ideal choice for couples, small families, or groups of friends.

The interior of the villa is designed with a modern and comfortable style, thoughtfully prepared with all necessary details to ensure a relaxing stay. Spacious living areas and tasteful décor create a warm and inviting holiday atmosphere.

The garden and pool terrace are fully secluded with wooden fencing, providing complete privacy throughout your stay. The garden also features table tennis and a swing, adding fun and enjoyment to your holiday. Villa İnziva offers a peaceful, private, and comfortable holiday experience for guests seeking tranquility in nature.

Kitchen : Full-equipped modern American kitchen includes refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, electric kettle, dining table, dinnerware, cutlery, pots and pans and glasses.

Living Room : The living room with a view, designed for your comfort, has a seating group, TV, air conditioner, coffee table, DVD player.

1. Bedroom : There is a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner, jacuzzi, bath and toilet .

2nd Bedroom: There is a double bed, a single bed, a wardrobe, a bedside table, air conditioning, a bathroom and a toilet.

Pool Dimensions : It is 10 meters X 4 meters wide and 1.55 meters deep.

Note : A short stay fee of 4.000 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure : The deposit fee requested for Villa İnziva is 5.000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information : The new guest check-in time for each of our villas is determined as 16.00 at noon and check-out time as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
