Villa İnci Üzümlü is a charming rental villa located in the Üzümlü area of Kalkan, surrounded by nature. It features 2 bedrooms and accommodates up to 4 guests, offering a comfortable and modern interior design.

One bedroom is equipped with a double bed, the other with two single beds, and one of the rooms includes a jacuzzi. The villa’s secluded pool terrace and partial sea view make it a perfect choice for small families or groups of friends seeking privacy.

Kitchen: The American kitchen, which will not miss the kitchen of your home, includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, stove, oven, kettle, toaster, dining table, dinner set and cooking utensils.

Living Room: The living room with a modern and luxurious design includes a comfortable seating group, TV, DVD player, air conditioning and internet. There is a passage from the living room to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioning, jacuzzi, nightstand, wardrobe, dressing table, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: There are two single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, nightstand, dressing table, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 8 meters x 4 meters wide, 1.55 meters deep.

NOTE: A short stay fee of 4,000 TL is requested for stays under 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa İnci Üzümlü is 5,000 TL. This fee will be allocated to you before your check-in and will be returned to you when you leave. According to the terms of your deposit refund, there should be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, breakage or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount on that day.

Check-in and Check-out Information: New guest check-in time is determined as 16:00 in the afternoon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning in each villa. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16:00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Guests who want to rent a car or a paid transfer can ask for support from our sales consultants. The closest airport for our guests who prefer air transportation is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicle.
