Our villa, which has 4 bedrooms, all suites, has large and spacious living spaces. Equipped with luxurious details, the villa;

Our villa, which is only 2 km from Kalkan center and 4 km from the sea, offers a calm and isolated atmosphere in nature, in addition to being close to the city center.

The seating area on the terrace floor offers a wonderful environment where you can sip your drink facing the sea at sunset, while facilities such as Jacuzzi, sauna and Turkish bath in the terrace suite make your holiday truly unique.

Kitchen: The American kitchen, equipped with extremely modern and technological equipment, includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave oven, island kitchen, kettle, toaster, tea maker, dining table and cooking utensils.

Living Room: The modern living room with high ceilings, sea and nature views has a comfortable seating area, TV, TV unit, DVD player, satellite receiver and air conditioning. There is a passage from the living room to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, balcony, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: There are two single beds, balcony, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

3. Bedroom: There is a double bed, balcony, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

4. Bedroom: There is a double bed, balcony, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioning, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 9 meters x 4 meters, 1.50 meters deep.

Children’s Pool Dimensions: 2.50 meters x 2.50 meters, 0.40 meters deep.

NOTE: A short stay fee of 5,000 TL is requested for accommodations under 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa İnci Akbel is 5,000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your check-in and will be returned to you when you check out. According to the terms of your deposit return, there should be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of any damage, broken or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount on that day.

Check-in and Check-out Information: Our guest check-in hours for our villas are determined as 16:00. Our guest check-out time for our villas is 10:00 in the morning. We kindly ask you to make your plans according to the specified hours. Our villas are cleaned in detail and delivered for our guests who will come after you.

Transportation: Our villas are located far from the city center and in a structure intertwined with nature. Unfortunately, in this case, public transportation service cannot be provided to the location of our villas. Our sales consultants are ready to provide support for our guests who want to rent a car or a paid transfer. For our guests who prefer to fly, the closest airport to the location of our villas is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our consultants share location information for our guests who come with their private vehicles.
