Villa İlkyaz Suite is a private honeymoon villa for two, located in Üzümlü, in the peaceful and nature-filled atmosphere of Kalkan. Situated amidst lush greenery, the villa offers tranquility and privacy, making it an ideal getaway for honeymoon couples.

The villa’s pool area is completely secluded and not visible from the outside. This feature allows guests to freely enjoy their holiday in a private setting. Nestled in the serenity of nature, Villa İlkyaz Suite is specially designed for couples seeking a romantic and peaceful honeymoon.

With its quiet location, private structure, and atmosphere integrated with nature, Villa İlkyaz Suite offers a special holiday experience where you can create unforgettable honeymoon memories.

Kitchen: It has a fully equipped modern American kitchen including a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, electric kettle, dining table, dinnerware, cutlery, pots and pans, and glasses.

Living Room: The villa features a spacious living room with a view, designed for your comfort. This spacious living room includes a luxurious seating group, TV, air conditioning, coffee table, and DVD player. There is access to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: Includes a double bed, balcony, wardrobe, bedside table, jacuzzi, air conditioning, bathroom, and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 7 meters x 3 meters wide, 1.50 meters deep.

NOTE: A short-stay fee of 5,500 TL is charged for stays shorter than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The required deposit for Villa İlkyaz Suite is 3,000 TL. This fee will be allocated to you before your arrival and will be returned to you upon your departure. The deposit refund conditions require that there are no broken, damaged, or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to deduct the cost of any damage, breakage, or loss incurred in the villa from your deposit. You can pay your deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds, or Euros at the current exchange rate.

Check-in and Check-out Information: Check-in time for new guests in each villa is 4 PM and check-out time is 10 AM. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our private cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are ready for new guests at 4 PM.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation services are not available. Guests who wish to arrange paid transfers or rent a car can request assistance from our sales consultants. For guests who prefer air travel, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants will share location information and directions for guests arriving by private vehicle.
