Kitchen: All the facilities offered by modern technology are available in this kitchen. In this kitchen with an American structure, you can easily reach many kitchen equipment such as an oven, stove, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, dining table, cutlery. In this way, you can cook your meals in the comfort of your home and eat your family meals comfortably.

Living Room: The living room with the highest level of comfort, has a modern look and an ultra-luxury seating group, TV, coffee table, air conditioning for your family and guests. There is also a passage from the living room to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, dressing table, wardrobe, air conditioning, LCD TV, nightstand, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: The pool in the villa is 8 meters x 4 meters wide and 1.55 meters deep.

Garden: The pool in the garden is specially protected and cannot be seen from the outside in any way. In this way, you can have a safe holiday with your family. There are also 4 sun loungers, umbrellas, garden seating group and barbecue areas in the garden area.

Maintenance: The maintenance of our villa is organized once a day (morning or evening). In this maintenance, the maintenance of your pool and garden in the villa is done by our cleaning staff.

Note: A cleaning fee of 2,000 TL is requested for stays under 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: Our requested deposit fee for Villa Hüma 1 is 5,000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your check-in and will be re-allocated to you when you check-out. According to the refund conditions of your deposit, there should be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of any damage, broken or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount on that day.

Check-in and Check-out Information: New guest check-in time is determined as 16:00 in the afternoon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning in each villa. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered to our new guests ready at 16:00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Guests who want to rent a paid transfer or a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer air transportation, the closest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicle.
