Villa Hobbit 1, Offering a holiday with sea views, surrounded by nature, Villa Hobbit 1 is an ideal option for conservative families and honeymooners with its 2-bedroom and 4-person accommodation capacity. Our villa, which provides peaceful privacy thanks to its sheltered design, has been designed in a modern and comfortable way. The sea view pool on the villa terrace doubles the holiday pleasure of the guests, while offering an unforgettable holiday experience with its spacious seating areas and stylish details.

Kitchen: The American kitchen, which has a complete and modern design, includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, dining table, cooking utensils and equipment.

Living Room: The living room with a sea view has a comfortable seating area, TV, air conditioning. There is an exit from the living room to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, bedside table, dressing table, air conditioning, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, bedside table, dressing table, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 9 Meters X 4 Meters, 1.55 Meters deep.

Note: A short stay fee of 3,000 TL is requested for stays under 7 nights.

Note: The road to our villa is stabilized and steep for the last 50 meters, then there is a 200 meter steep slope.

Deposit Procedure: Our deposit fee requested for Villa Hobbit 1 is 3,000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your check-in and will be allocated back to you when you leave. According to the refund conditions of your deposit, there should be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount on that day.

Check-in and Check-out Information: New guest check-in time for each villa is determined as 16:00 and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered to our new guests ready at 16:00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Guests who want to rent a car or have a paid transfer can ask for support from our sales consultants. The closest airport for our guests who prefer air travel is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicle.
