Villa Hira

Located in the peaceful Kördere area of Kalkan, Villa Hira is a luxurious rental villa offering 4 bedrooms and accommodation for up to 8 guests. All bedrooms have stunning sea views, making it perfect for large families or groups of friends.

The villa features a large infinity pool, indoor heated pool, sauna, Turkish bath, table tennis, and foosball. In the spacious garden, you’ll find sun loungers, a dining area, barbecue, swing, and a small playground. Just 5 km from the beach, Villa Hira is ideal for a relaxing holiday in all seasons.

Kitchen: The spacious and bright American kitchen includes a refrigerator, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4-stove (built-in), microwave oven, electric kettle, cooking utensils, kitchen equipment and 6-person dinner set.

Living Room: The lounge, which has a view of the pool and the sea, has a sitting group, dining table for 6 people, satellite TV (LCD), wireless internet and air conditioning. There is a large glass sliding door that can be accessed from the living room to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom : There are two single beds, bedside table, air conditioner, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet.

2. Bedroom : There is a double bed, bedside table, air conditioner, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet.

3. Bedroom : There is a double bed, bedside table, air conditioner, wardrobe, sauna, Turkish bath, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions : 14.5 meters X 3.5 meters, 1.50 meters deep.

Indoor Pool Dimensions : 5 meters X 3 meters, 1.10 meters deep.

Note : For stays of less than 7 nights, a short stay fee of 6.000 TL is requested.

         Our villa’s indoor pool is heated and available for 1,500 TL per day.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit required for Villa Hira is 7.000 TL. Damage deposit is taken prior to your entrance to the villa and will be returned when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, the villa should not be damaged, lost, lost or broken during use. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros, based on the current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each villa, new guest check-in time is 16:00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team prepares the villas for our other guests with care. Villas are delivered ready at 16.00 to our new guests.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to pay a transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer airline, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicles.
