Kitchen: The fully equipped American kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, dining table, dinnerware and cooking utensils.

Living Room: The living room with a magnificent sea and nature view includes a comfortable seating group, TV and air conditioning. There is a passage from the living room to the pool terrace.

Note: A short stay fee of 9,000 TL is requested for accommodations under 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: Our requested deposit for Villa Hillside 2 is 10,000 TL. This fee will be allocated to you before your check-in and will be re-allocated to you when you check-out. According to the terms of your deposit refund, there must be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of any damage, broken or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount on that day.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each villa, the new guest check-in time is determined as 16:00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16:00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Guests who want to rent a paid transfer or a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer air travel, the closest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicle.
