Villa Hedef, Our villa with modern architecture, located in Kalkan Akbel region, has 3 bedrooms and an accommodation capacity of 6 people. There is a pool, sun loungers, parasols, sitting corner, swing and dining table in the large garden of our villa with a view of nature. In addition, there is a jacuzzi in one of the bedrooms, which is decorated with the highest quality furniture so that you can spend a comfortable holiday. You can make your holiday more enjoyable with activities such as Turkish bath, sauna, sports equipment, cinema room.

Kitchen :   Bright and spacious fully designed American kitchen includes refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave oven, dining table, dinnerware and cooking utensils.

Living Room :  The modern decorated living room includes a comfortable seating group, TV, and air conditioning. There is a transition from the living room to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom : There is a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

2. Bedroom : There is a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner, bathroom and toilet .

3. Bedroom : There are two single beds, a wardrobe, a nightstand, air conditioning, a bathroom and a toilet.

Pool Dimensions : 10 meters X 3.5 meters wide, 1.45 meters deep.

Note: For stays under 7 nights, a cleaning fee of 3,000 TL is required.

Pool heating fee is 1,000 TL per day.

Underfloor heating fee is 1.250 TL per day

Deposit Procedure : The deposit fee requested for Villa Hedef is 5.000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Entry and Exit Information : Our guest entry hours to our villas are determined as 16.00. Our guest check-out time from our villas is 10:00 in the morning. We kindly ask you to make your plans according to the specified hours. For our guests who will come after you, our villa is cleaned and delivered in detail.

Transportation : Our villas are located far from the city center, in a structure intertwined with nature. In this situation, unfortunately, public transportation service support cannot be provided to the location of our villas. Our sales consultants are ready to support our guests who want to transfer or rent a car. For our guests who will prefer the airline, the closest airport to the location of our villas is the Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our consultants share location information for our guests who come with their private vehicles.
