Our villa, which has 3 bedrooms and a capacity for 6 people, is an ideal option for our guests who want to relax in a peaceful atmosphere and easily access social activities with the advantage of its central location.

In addition, there is a special area equipped with sports equipment for our guests who do not want to neglect their sports during their holiday. Our villa offers comfort, luxury and the unique beauties of nature together.

Kitchen: The American kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, dinner set, cutlery, glasses and cooking utensils.

Living Room: The bright and spacious living room with windows that extend down to the floor includes a luxurious and comfortable seating group, dining table, TV, DVD player, satellite receiver, air conditioning and wireless internet. There is a passage from the living room to the pool terrace.

Bedroom 1: There is a double suite bed, nightstand, wardrobe, dressing table, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

Bedroom 2: There is a double bed, nightstand, wardrobe, dressing table, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

Note: A short stay fee of 5000 TL is requested for accommodations under 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Heaven Kalamar is 10,000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your check-in and will be returned to you when you check out. According to the terms of your deposit refund, there should be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of any damage, broken or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount on that day.

Check-in and Check-out Information: New guest check-in time for each villa is determined as 16:00 and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16:00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Guests who want to rent a car or a paid transfer can ask for support from our sales consultants. The closest airport for our guests who prefer air transportation is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who use private vehicles.
