Villa Happiness, Located in Kalkan Sarıbelen Region, Villa Happiness garden and pool terrace with a 2-bedroom, 5-person accommodation capacity in nature in nature have been sheltered with fences, and due to its location, it offers a holiday opportunity away from the noise of the city and out of sight. The interior is designed for you, our guests, and at the same time, it has been designed with modern and comfortable items for you. In the pool terrace and garden, there are fun activities for you and 1 children’s pool and playground for our guests who come on holiday with their children. It is an ideal option for nuclear families and honeymooners.

Living Room: The living room of Villa Happiness has a view of the pool and is air-conditioned. There is a TV, satellite receiver, sitting group, dining table and chairs and terrace in the living room. There is an exit from the living room to the pool terrace.

Kitchen: Villa Happiness has a modern American kitchen furnished with the latest technology kitchen appliances. In the kitchen, there is a dishwasher, refrigerator, 4-burner stove, oven, electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, pots and pans, dinnerware for 6 people, cutlery, tea, coffee and water glasses.

1. Bedroom: There is 1 double king size bed, wardrobe, make-up table, bedside table, bathroom and toilet in the room. There is also a jacuzzi in the room. There is an exit to the pool terrace.
2. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, 1 single bed, bedside table, wardrobe and make-up table in the bedroom. The room has a bathroom, toilet and air conditioning. There is an exit to the pool terrace.

Each bedroom has clean bedding, linens and fresh towels.

Pool Dimensions:

It is 10 meters X 4 meters wide and 1.55 meters deep.

Children’s Pool Dimensions:

It is 1.5 meters X 3 meters wide and 0.50 meters deep.

Note: A short stay fee of 2.500 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Happiness is 5,000 TL. The damage deposit is taken before you enter the villa and is refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, loss or broken goods in the villa during the usage period. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: The arrival time of new guests in each of our villas is determined as 16.00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is determined as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
