Located in the Pınarbaşı area of Kaş, Villa Güneş offers a peaceful and scenic retreat surrounded by nature. With 3 bedrooms, the villa accommodates up to 6 guests, making it ideal for families or groups of friends.

All rooms are thoughtfully designed to provide a comfortable and memorable stay. The villa features a spacious garden and pool terrace perfect for relaxing with loved ones. Just 14 km from Kaş town center, it’s a great escape from the hustle and bustle. For a cozy winter experience, the villa also includes a fireplace.

Kitchen: The fully equipped modern American kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, electric kettle, dining table, dinnerware, cutlery, pots and pans, and glasses.

Living Room: A spacious living room with a view offers comfort and a luxurious seating area, a TV, air conditioning, a coffee table, and a DVD player. There is access to the pool terrace.

Bedroom 1: One double bed, balcony, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioning, bathroom, and toilet.

Bedroom 2: One double bed, balcony, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioning, shared bathroom and toilet.

Bedroom 3: Two single beds, balcony, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioning, shared bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 7 meters x 3 meters wide and 1.50 meters deep.

NOTE: A short-stay fee of 4,000 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The required deposit for Villa Güneş Kaş is 5,000 TL. This fee will be collected before your check-in and will be refunded upon departure. According to the deposit refund policy, the villa must be free of broken, damaged, or missing items during your stay. Otherwise, we will deduct the cost of any damage, broken, or missing items from your deposit. You can pay your deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds, or Euros, based on the current exchange rate.

Check-in and Check-out Information: New guest check-in time for each villa is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 10:00 AM. It is important that you leave your room on time so our dedicated cleaning team can meticulously prepare the villas for the next guests. New guests are delivered to their villas ready at 4:00 PM.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation is not available. Guests who wish to arrange a paid transfer or rent a car can contact our sales consultants for assistance. For guests traveling by air, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants provide location information and directions for guests traveling by private vehicle.
