Villa Güneş Islamlar , Villa Güneş Islamlar, Located in Kalkan Islamlar region, surrounded by trees and carefully decorated for our honeymoon couples, our villa has 2 bedrooms and an accommodation capacity of 4 people. Conservative honeymoon villa with jacuzzi. With the pool heating inside, you can take your holiday pleasure to the top during the winter months.

Kitchen : The American kitchen, which will look like your home kitchen, includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, toaster, kettle, dining table, dinnerware and cooking utensils.

Living Room : There is a comfortable and luxurious sitting group, TV, DVD player, satellite receiver, air conditioner in the modern living room dominated by yellow and orange color tones. There is a transition from the living room to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom : There is a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, make-up table, jacuzzi, air conditioner, bathroom and toilet in the room.

2. Bedroom : There are two single beds in the room, a wardrobe, a nightstand, a make-up table, air conditioning, a bathroom and a toilet.

Pool Dimensions : It is 10 meters X 4 meters wide and 1.55 meters deep.

Inner Pool Dimensions : 3 meters X 2 meters wide, 0.30 meters deep

NOTE : A short stay fee of 900 TL is required for rentals of less than 7 nights.

Upon request, the cost of the heated pool is 600 TL per day.

Deposit Procedure : The deposit fee requested for Villa Güneş Islamlar is 2.000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information : The new guest check-in time for each of our villas is determined as 16.00 at noon and check-out time as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
