Located in the peaceful Ordu area of Kalkan, surrounded by olive trees and stunning nature, Villa Güneş 1 offers 3 bedrooms and accommodates up to 6 guests. Its spacious garden and large pool terrace make it a perfect choice for families or groups of friends.

The private and sheltered garden includes a sea view swimming pool, sun loungers, swing, outdoor seating area, fireplace, dining table, barbecue, and a foosball table. Thanks to the surrounding stone walls and wooden fences, the villa is also ideal for conservative families.

Inside the villa, you’ll find modern decor and a private sauna, offering comfort and relaxation throughout your stay. For those looking to escape the city noise and enjoy nature with luxury, Villa Güneş 1 is the perfect destination.

Kitchen: The spacious and bright American kitchen includes a refrigerator, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4-burner stove (built-in), microwave oven, electric kettle, cooking sets, kitchen equipment and dinnerware for 8 people.

Living Room: The living room has a pool and sea view, a seating group, a dining table for 6 people, satellite TV (LCD), wireless internet and air conditioning. There is a large glass sliding door from the living room to the pool terrace.
 

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, make-up table, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: There is a double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, make-up table, bathroom and toilet.

3rd Bedroom: There are two single beds, bedside tables, air conditioning, wardrobe, make-up table, bathroom and toilet.

Note: For stays under 7 nights, a short stay fee of 7,000 TL is requested.

NOTE: There is an indoor heating pool in our villa. Pool heating fee is 3.000 TL per day

Deposit Procedure: Our required deposit fee for Villa Güneş 1 is 10,000 TL. This fee will be allocated to you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate.

Check-in and Check-Out Information: In each of our villas, the check-in time for new guests is 16.00 at noon and the check-out time is 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service is not available. Our guests who want to rent a paid transfer or car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer air travel, the closest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicle.
