Villa Gülce is a private holiday villa located in the peaceful Çukurbağ region of Kaş. With three bedrooms and accommodation for up to 6 guests, it is an ideal choice for families and groups of friends looking for a relaxing getaway.

The villa is carefully designed with modern and comfortable furnishings, and every detail needed for a pleasant holiday has been thoughtfully considered. Its bright and functional living areas provide a comfortable setting where guests can enjoy quality time with their loved ones.

The secluded pool terrace includes sun loungers, a dining table and chairs, a sun umbrella, a pergola, a swing, and a barbecue area. This private outdoor space creates the perfect atmosphere for relaxing and enjoying memorable moments together. Villa Gülce is an excellent choice for a peaceful and comfortable stay in Kaş.

Kitchen: Fully equipped modern American kitchen includes refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave oven, electric kettle, dining table, dinnerware, cutlery, pots and pans, and glasses.

Living Room: The living room with a view, designed for your comfort, has a seating group, TV, air conditioner, coffee table, DVD player. There is an exit to the pool terrace.

Pool Dimensions: 7 meters X 3 meters wide, 1.60 meters deep.

Note: For stays less than 7 nights, a short stay fee of 3.500 TL is requested.

Villa Gülce is 50% sheltered.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Gülce is 3.000 TL. The damage deposit is taken before you enter the villa and is refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, loss or broken goods in the villa during the usage period. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: The new guest check-in time in each of our villas is determined as 16.00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
