Villa Gülce Duo is a private holiday villa located in the peaceful Çukurbağ region of Kaş. With three bedrooms and accommodation for up to 5 guests, the villa is ideal for families and groups of friends seeking a relaxing getaway.

Thanks to its fully secluded design, Villa Gülce Duo is especially suitable for conservative families who value privacy during their holiday. Surrounded by nature, the villa offers a calm and peaceful atmosphere away from the noise of the city.

The villa’s garden includes a private swimming pool, sun loungers, a seating area, a barbecue area, and a dining table, providing the perfect space to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings with your loved ones.

Kitchen: Fully equipped modern American kitchen includes refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave oven, electric kettle, dining table, dinnerware, cutlery, pots and pans, and glasses.

Living Room: The living room with a view, designed for your comfort, has a seating group, TV, air conditioner, coffee table, DVD player. There is an exit to the pool terrace.

Note : A cleaning fee of 3.500 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Villa Gülce is 50% sheltered.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Gülce Duo is 3.000 TL. The damage deposit is taken before you enter the villa and is refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, loss or broken goods in the villa during the usage period. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: The new guest check-in time in each of our villas is determined as 16.00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
